Due to adverse weather and bush fires at Putao, the community faced the scarcity of
rice. Htoo Foundation chartered Air Bagan flights to transport rice bags and donated
rice bags to the Buddhist Monasteries, Nunneries, Christian Churches and
Households of Villages individually. Air Bagan flew free of charge as
transportation donation.
