Htoo Foundation provided monetary aid and academic contributions annually to the
locals at putao annually. U Tay Za, patron of Htoo Foundation,personally donated cash,
medicine and medical supplies and stationeriers to the local residents at Putao and
sorrounding Villages on 8 April 2012. A musical concert featuring Emperor Musical
Band was held amid heavy rains on 9 April 2012 as a return of gratitude and to honor
those who rendered their help in the rescue mission for the helicopter crash on Mount
Noi Madwe.
